Creator Shelf
Browse official SYVR mods, selected Early Access releases, and available community-hosted releases inside SimSweep.
Creator Shelf brings official SYVR mods and selected creator releases into SimSweep. You can review each listing, see its current status, and use the available install or removal action without downloading an archive in your browser.
Finding it#
Open Creator Shelf from the sidebar or from the promo card on the Home screen.
Official SYVR mods#
The official gallery shows each SYVR mod with its name, summary, version, and current status. Open a card for more information, including dependencies and the files it installs.
Official cards use these states:

|---|---|
| Ready | Available to install. Nothing installed yet. |
| Installed | Fully installed and up to date. |
| Repair | Partially installed. Some expected files are missing. |
| Update | A newer catalog version is available. |
If you see Repair, it usually means the install was interrupted or some files were moved. Pressing it reinstalls the expected files cleanly.
Early Access#
Decrypt members can install selected CC and mods early. Every Early Access release becomes free later, either on its published date or after its release event. The rail stays hidden when there are no Early Access items.
Cards may show Decrypt early access, Early access, or New, depending on your access and the release state.
From Creators#
When community-hosted releases are available, Creator Shelf adds a From Creators section. Each card shows the mod name, creator attribution, version, description, availability, and install state.
Available actions depend on the release. A card may offer Install, Update, or Remove, or it may be unavailable. Availability labels explain when a release was withdrawn, is under review, was marked unsafe, or is an older release. Only available and older releases can be downloaded.
Installing an official mod#
- Open Creator Shelf.
- Find the official mod you want and press Install.
- SimSweep downloads the mod and places it in
Mods/SYVR. Done.
If you already have an older version, SimSweep checks the installed version against the current one. If an update is available, the button reflects that.
Removing an official mod#
Open the mod card and press Remove. SimSweep removes the files it placed in Mods/SYVR. It only removes files that it installed.
Refreshing the catalog#
If listings or install states look stale, press the refresh button at the top of the shelf. This reloads the official and creator catalogs and checks the installed files again.
A few notes#
- Official mods always install into
Mods/SYVR, not into the root of your Mods folder. - If you see Mods folder not detected yet, SimSweep could not find your Mods path. Check your settings and make sure your game location is configured correctly.
- Catalog unavailable means SimSweep could not load the mod catalog. This usually clears up on its own if you refresh.
- Creator Shelf is available on Free. Decrypt adds access to items during their Early Access window.
