SmartScreen will probably pop up the first time you run it. That happens with every indie app that doesn't pay for a code signing certificate. It's not a virus, Windows just doesn't recognize it yet. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" and you're good.

Run the .exe. If Windows SmartScreen pops up, click "More info" then "Run anyway" (see below for why).

Open it up and point it at your Mods folder.
