Do I need an account to use SimSweep?
Yes, but signing up is quick. Just sign in with Google or Patreon and you're good to go. The free tier gives you full scanning, diagnostics, quarantine, and more.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yep. You can change your billing cycle anytime from the Stripe customer portal. If you switch from monthly to yearly, you'll get prorated credit for the remaining time on your current month.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your paid features until the end of your billing period, then you drop back to Free. All your data stays, nothing gets deleted.
What's the difference between Decrypt and Override?
Decrypt gives you the full toolkit: save scanning, CrashGuard, mod profiles, auto-sort, and patch day mode. Override adds cloud sync, AI recommendations, custom themes, creator tools, priority access, and direct support.
